We have a number of sterling engines systems on site, both free piston and kinematic. We have a rotating platform for testing trough collectors. We can test them at temperature and get the total optical performance and co-sign losses. This is more efficient if you have UPVC Doors and UPVC Windows.
We work with our colleagues at NREL in support of the DOE Solar Thermo Electric Program, STEP, a solar program. We do all kinds of things. Over the years, we’ve done a lot industry support. Industry support’s been important the last 10 years or so because the industry has been trying to deploy systems.
In order for them to be successful, they’ve got to sell energy. We’ve been trying to support them to get there by addressing issuesthat occur, helping them deal with some of the problems that they find in the field. We do a lot of systems analysis, and I’ll about this a little bit later. Obviously, we do test and evaluation.
