The frame of various doors is very different to the ones of Upvc Doors
expands to fit within the doorway, top, bottom, side to side. We fit it in
there, usually the front door of the house.
We close up all the other doors and upvc windows and everything else, and we
start checking with [cauldronometer]. It gives us a reference from
UPVC Doors outside to inside or room to room to find out where the pressure boundaries
are, what’s negative, what’s positive, so we can chase down the leakage.
Once we depressurize or pressurize the house, that’s two different
philosophies on which one’s the better. We go around with what’s called
theatrical fog and just hold it up to the electrical outlets and windows and UPVC Doors
and watch the fog get sucked right outside of your house.
We’re creating a positive pressure zone inside and it’s negative outside.
